Chester picks up third Cuestars trophy of the season

CHESTER Chan collected his third Cuestars trophy of the season during the ninth and penultimate legs of the Under-21 Silver and Bronze Tours at Chandlers Ford Snooker Club.

The 11-year-old from Reading knocked in a 32 break in the second frame of a 2-0 victory over Toby Waters in the final of the Plate, a knockout for those players who didn’t qualify for the main knockouts.

Chan was runner-up in the Bronze final in Swindon last December and runner-up in the Plate in Chandler’s Ford in October.

Greenbaize Snooker Club, Bournemouth, hosts the tenth and final legs on Sunday, April 26.
