Who wants a practice match against John Hunter?

CUESTARS director John Hunter now has time on his hands and is keen to play practice matches to sharpen up our under-21 players.

Many of you will know that John has been made redundant from his day job. But it was what he wanted.

A national junior champion at the age of 18, he still knocks in the odd century or two in the Cuestars South Wilts League and on the Cuestars Seniors Tour.

He is only too happy to pass on some of the knowledge he has gained during more than 30 years playing the game to current Cuestars members.

John prefers to play these matches straight after school, ie, late afternoons. He is prepared to travel to your club. All he asks is that you cover the cost of the table and any guest fee the club may charge. There will be no charge for his time or his travelling expenses.

If you want to arrange a match with John, text him on 07795 257727.
