It all starts again on September 4th

HEATWAVES, droughts and water shortages. It’s hard to believe we are only a few days away from the new Cuestars season.

But as sure as night follows day, September follows August. So brush the sand out of your hair, top up the anti-freeze in your car and prepare for an exciting new campaign.

We kick off with the first event of the ten-leg Under-21 Gold, Silver and Bronze Tours at Salisbury Snooker Club on Sunday, September 4. Please be aware that Salisbury SC does not provide food so packed lunches are the order of the day.

The nine-leg Championship Tour starts the following week, September 11, at Chandlers Ford SC.

It’s back to Salisbury on Tuesday, September 14, for the midweek Masters (55+) Tour, which has been extended to eight legs.

And the nine-leg Seniors (40+) Tour gets underway at Fareham SC on Sunday, September 25.

As previously reported, the Championship Tour winner will receive £500, Seniors Tour winner £250, Under-21 Gold winner £250, Silver winner £150 and Bronze winner £100.

Cuestars is proud of its competition structure that has stood the test of time.

How to avoid problems on the day

Renew your membership online well in advance. It’s very simple. Don’t do it the night before or at the venue as it makes extra work for us.

If you are running late, ring the club and give the name(s) of the players involved. Don’t text or ring John Hunter or the tournament director as they may be stuck in the same traffic jam.

Click on ‘About Cuestars’ on the first dropdown menu on the home page of cuestars.co.uk. Most problems can be avoided by reading everything on there.
